Casting Lots

It has always been interesting to me that although the Bible mentions many instances of casting lots to determine the will of God, most contemporary churches will "vote". This passage clearly demonstrates that the casting of lots did NOT have a random outcome, but rather a God Chosen outcome. God wanted to talk to Joseph. Casting lots people... it's Biblical!
