Who doesn't get anxious? Life is too complicated to have a purely calm demeanor. But this verse is great when those crises arise in life - God is the perfect solution to any problem.
It is our own fear that drives us to stress points. But it is God that calms the soul. I will always struggle with fear of the future - but I will always trust the God for whom there is no future - but only "I AM"
