Dont be afraid.
The thing i like about Mark chapters 7,8 is that Jesus paints such a good picture. Its very easy to understand what he is saying. Its almost as if i'm there when i read those chapters. In those chapters we learn that it is ok to intermingle if you will, with people that are less fortunate, dirty, sinful etc... Jesus did that all the time, so what makes us so much better. We also learn that Jesus was such a humble man, and he continued to show us this as well. He did not want fame for what he did, and in fact several times in several books he tells individuals "do not tell what i have done"! What about us? Are we living in this manner? Do we seek recognition for doing something good for someone else? Are we being arrogant? Are we rejecting people by how they appear? Today ask yourself these most important questions and if the answer is YES, they pray about it and change your behavior...
