The Baptism of Fire
The baptism of fire means two things really. One, it refers to the baptism of the Holy Spirit. One of the profits of old referred to it as feeling "Like a fire, shut up in my bones." Two, it also means or refers to being cleansed by the Holy Spirit, finding no fault in you. Jesus speaks often of the chaf being burnt up. When something is placed in fire, it is usually burned, except for gold. It is actually refined in this process. That is what happens with those that are saved and under the blood of Christ. When that day of judgement comes, those not under the blood will be consumed in the fire, but those of us under the blood will be purified, and be made white as snow! Glory to our Jesus!
