My Pastor pointed this out in his sermon Sunday. Notice verse 40: Jesus said to her, "Didn't I tell you that if you believe, you would see God's glory?" (God's Word Translation Bible)
"If you believe...you will see.."
This contradicts what we have heard most of our lives. We grew up hearing it the other way around, "you have to see it to believe it" or "seeing is believing!" Well this is not necessarily so in the spiritual realm. We must understand that 'faith' defies 'logic'. Our eyes view things in the tangible realm. Our soul views things in the spiritual 'faith' realm. Our human body walks by sight. Our spirit walks by faith. Logic tells us the world holds all of the answers. Faith tells us that Grace is the answer. Our eyes seek signs. Faith needs no signs. We must all walk in the supernatural...not the natural!
