The Bible Project - Day 10 (Read Genesis 12)

I saw a movie not to long ago called Julie / Julia Project and it really inspired me to do something different. I have decided to instead of cooking recipes or making food I have decided to do a 364 day project in which I will read the entire bible and write about the journey. I want to note that I am not a Pastor, nor have I had any Bible Theology training of any sort. Honestly I have no background with the word of God at all except the occasional glance to make myself feel better about the lifestyle I used to live. I have spent many hours praying about this vision and every time it is the same answer. I believe the purpose of The Bible Project is to view the bible from a fresh beginning to the end perspective as well as to share the learning experience with the world. This is the opportunity for not only myself to learn about the Word of God but it is an opportunity for us all to share in the journey together. So marks the beginning of "The Bible Project: 364 Day Journey With God"
