Dispel Doubt

How often do we get direction from the Father and or Lord Jesus Christ and go to seek counsel of others? We sense the speaking of God into our lives and yet we still doubt enough to ask for human guidance.
I am in no way, shape or form saying not to seek counsel from others, but we do need to be careful not to discount the leading of the Spirit based on what a man says. When you sense the moving of the Spirit in you, seeking counsel should be more along the lines of .."How can I start or work through what God has asked me to do?" instead of "Do you think this is from God?"
If you are daily with the Lord, in prayer and in the scriptures, then you should be fairly certain of the Lords movement (FAITH). All that remains is "How do I respond to the request?" or "What action do I need to take to achieve the request?'
What is He asking you to do? Am I spending enough time with Him so that I can be sure it is His request of me? How will I respond to the requests of the Lord?
