This is what I needed

Jesus sent out His disciples as sheep among wolves. What troubles me is the fact that He did the same to me. As of late, I look and act a lot more like a wolf than a sheep. My ferocious sin nature has consumed the sheep-ly nature God put in me.

I find myself today knowing I am unworthy. I am so glad He knows that and accepts me anyway.

I seek to follow Him again. I have gotten off the path to righteousness and need to set my eyes back on the gift of life that He has provided to me.

How dark a soul is without the light of Christ to guide us. Pray with and for me to return quickly to the path.
