We have become a culture that rationalizes everything! I, perhaps, am more guilty than most. I am constantly breaking things down, but I have enough of a relationship with Him, wisdom and experience to know that RATIONAL doesn't fit when it comes to His ways. Abram, even though he fell on his face laughing at what God had said, still stood up and carried out the actions that had been instructed. His act of faith activated his Promise and because of his belief, Isaac was born and we have the Promises from our Father that we can stand on today! The bottom line is, Abram understood that just because he couldn't understand didn't mean that God's words weren't true. Stop trying to understand His ways...they aren't ours.
