My Light - His Light
When God shines His light towards us, He uses a phenonemon of nature. Fish are attracted to light (So are insects!)
Strangely, light seems to disappear as we finally comprehend it as such!
Why?
Light must become more than an attraction. It must be viewed as a basic need, something to treasure, something as an absolute necessity.
Then we have a whole new appreciation for the attraction in the first place!
My youngest granddaughter was playing my keyboard through the headphones. She quickly got bored with it.
When I played music from the computer, she said, "Do it again!"
When the basic attraction was taken away, she seemed to grasp its potential.
"Do it again!"
God's light in Jesus is meant to attract us to the potential of living a life fully wrapped up in Him.
