Fatih of a Mustard Seed
I often have struggled with this concept and I am starting to believe that there is deeper meaning to Jesus' statement "faith of a mustard seed". What does that mean for us? Jesus was telling the Apostles that they lack faith, and they got to hang with Jesus on a regular basis, and to see first hand his supernatural miracles. Recognizing this fact, I began to realize that developing that level of faith is not easy to do. So even though the mustard seed is very small, we as humans have to aspire to develop that kind of faith. No longer will I beat myself up because something I desired did not manifest itself into reality. I will not allow for others to shame me by insinuating that things did not manifest because of my lack of faith. More importantly, I have realized the tremendous amount of grace we receive from GOD when the desires of our heart become manifest in-spite of our lack faith.
