He already knows
The Lord knows everything we need before we ask he knows our very hearts, mind and desires, therefore Christ says in matt.6:7-8, when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the gentiles(other versions say heathen) do, for they think they will be heard for their many words.Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask of him. He then shows us how to pray. Let us therefore pray in confidence knowing that our Father knows best and gives us what we need, not what we want or what we think we need for our hearts decieve us, but what he knows we need. Let us find comfort to know that our Lord Knows. Go before God today comforted and confident.
