Unconsolable
I understand the wording behind this verse, but in the end, what it's saying is, you can't cover up your grief. Even if you try, it's just painting over it - at the end of the day, it's still there
That's why a relationship with God is essential to a healthy life! God's friendship is always there- He's always available to help you work through deep grief. That's also why we are encouraged to have deep relationships with other believers - they become the physical representation of God's love in hard times.
Look for people like that, and be that kind of friend to another.
