Is it Ability or Belief?
Reading Chapter 9 concerning Saul's conversion, i have had to asked myself some serious questions. One of them being "Did God call saul because he was a believer or because he has the ability to influence many?" Of course it wasn't because he was a believer, Saul wanted believers dead more than anyone, But i do believe God called Saul because he already had the skill of influencing many and he stood up to fear. God is seeking people in the world today in the same way. If more of us can get past the condemnation of our past, we might have what it takes to stand up for Christ as Saul did, and then God can really use us.
