Like Father, Like Son
Isn't it interesting that Jacob here is being deceived by his sons. They have plotted against Joseph (because of their hatred for him over dreams and their father's favoritism) and are now deceiving Jacob. Jacob deceived his father also. His father, Isaac, had favoritism issues with Esau and Jacob ended up deceiving away the blessing from Esau. Now, Jacob's sons are returning the favor. I think I'll blog more about this.
