Rest
Jesus tells me to come to him with my cares. He also commands me in this to stop trying to do anything to earn my salvation. It has all been completed through his perfect life imparted to me as righteousness, because of his death on the cross. His yoke is easy, because there is no burden any longer. My sins are forgiven past, present and future. Now I am only to submit my will and life to him. By doing this I will find rest for my wary soul. Through all this process he will be gentle with me. Patient when I fall and always carrying me when I can no longer walk.
