I have a comma problem.
There I admitted it. That’s the first step isn’t it? Most of my posts, ideas, essays, or articles go through many edits. I tend to use too many commas, and sometimes in all the wrong places. I found an article that showed me all of the rules for using a comma. The conclusion I came to after reading that article was, there are too many rules for using a (phfft).
That’s the sound a comma makes according to Victor Borge. Yes, I know who Victor Borge is thanks to my Grandma and Grandpa.
No, my comma problem isn’t the only one I have. I also struggle with pride, lust, greed, and I know there’s more.
But,
There is freedom found, after a comma.
I grew up in church, and was a part of bible drill in the 5th or 6th grade. One of the scriptures I had to memorize was Romans 3:23:
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Did you see that? You might have missed it, because it is so small. Other than the period, it is one of the smallest punctuation marks that you can make. But just like this example:
Slow, children crossing.
