In reading this passage this morning my mind turned to His church as being this women. There are scriptures that call His church a bride, and waiting on the groom. We are His church, and the church is His bride... We should not let our lamps go out, but rise early while it is still dark outside (go where light is needed) and tend to the needy and feed the poor. (He is the bread of life!)
I think looking beyond what this could mean as the perfect woman/ wife/ bride. And look at all of us that make up HIS church! Re-read this Proverb with the mindset of the Church being the woman... Do you get any insight?
