These verses have always comforted me so much. If God knows the and cares about the life of a little sparrow; how much more does He know and care about His children. I'm reminded of Psalm 139:1-3:

O LORD, you have searched me
and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.

It's amazing to me that Almighty God in heaven, Creator of the universe cares some much about us. As Arthur Pink put it, "The care of Providence reaches to the most insignificant creatures, and the most minute events - the death of a sparrow, the fall of a hair."
