My Secrets!
Scripture:
Jeremiah 33:3
3 Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.
Observation:
My observation is simple, the Lord is saying ask and I’ll tell. Could it really be that easy? Yes! It’s that easy. Still, sometimes we make it so hard, or at least I do. This morning the Lord is tell me to quit being so worried about my future and ask Him. He loves me enough to let me in on his remarkable secrets, however, I think the place I miss this scripture is the tell part. I am good at asking but I don’t wait around long enough to let him tell me. I spend way to much time on the ask part and not near enough time letting Him tell me. This scripture is telling me to slow down and let the Lord Whisper in my ear.
Application:
Today, I choose to let the Lord Tell me; I choose to stop asking and let him reveal His remarkable secrets. I refuse to let my mouth, thoughts, and actions to get in the way of my father divulging his secrets to me. Speak Daddy!
Prayer:
Daddy, thank you for hearing my cry this morning. Thank you for revealing to me what has hindered you from sharing your secrets with me. Thank you for loving me enough to share your word with me today. I am in AWE of you!
