Legalism and the Tithe
Do you believe that God is legalistic for wanting you and I to honor Him and to place Him first? The tithe is the first 10% brought to God to honor Him for providing for us. The tithe is not legalistic! It’s about the first! It’s about trusting in God and not in circumstances; its about faith.
Jesus was God’s tithe!
God gave Jesus first in faith even when we were sinners, while we were mocking Him and spitting in His face while He was dying. God didn’t wait to see if we would change or repent or get worthy. He gave the clean spotless lamb, the firstborn, for us the “unclean”.
