It makes my heart leap that Acts 1:14 mentions Jesus' brothers being of one mind with and praying along with the disciples. I am reminded of John 7:3-5, where Jesus' brothers were not believing in Him. Those verses really stood out as such a hurtful form of rejection for Jesus. It is one thing of prideful strangers and Pharisees to reject Him, but for His own family to also reject Him, that must have been so painful. It makes me so glad to see that His brothers finally believed and joined with the disciples.
