What you gotta say?

So what do YOU say? When things are stacked up against you and your back is against the wall; do you cuss and act a fool? Or do you trust God that the situation is going to get worked out? How about do you trust that it’s already worked out; he’s just waiting on time to catch up to what he already worked out!
Have you ever made some plans for your life; wrote it down, prayed over it, laid prostrate and fasted for this thing?! I mean you went hard for these plans all for them to not work out even in the least bit. Have you ever felt like the world was just against you?—like no matter where you turn, what you do, it’s always wrong! You ain’t even trying to please everybody; you can’t seem to please anybody!
What then do you say when it just seems like life has taken its toll on you? You can’t save a dime. You can’t trust a soul. You can’t get ahead. You can’t move forward. You work too hard and too long and can’t even show a sexy bank account for it! (LOL @ sexy—y’all know what I meant!)
Are you at your wits end? Has this thing, person, situation—worn you right completely out? Tired of the ole life “2 step”? You know the 2 steps forward and 4 steps backward?—yea that 2 step.
Proverbs 18:21 tells us that life and death are in the power of your own tongue. You better learn how to activate that little pink thing in your mouth! And connect it with those 2 brown (or yellow or white) things holding up your frame and put some legs to the things you speak!
Many Christians were taught wrong and therefore do not properly utilize the power that you have in your tongue. It’s not about “name it and claim it.” That’s complete foolishness! Believe that if you want to! You can walk around that car 7 times all you want and claim it is yours but I bet you Chrysler Financial ain’t thinking about your “claim.” You better get that credit together! You can claim that house as yours all you want to but baby without some works behind that which you speak, it doesn’t amount to a hill of beans (as my grandma used to say).
Utilizing the power inside of your tongue is a process.
• Believe it
• Speak it.
• Plan out what you spoke
• Go after it/work on it!
Saying it is just the first step; it only activates the power. Consider the tongue the light switch to the power God has placed in you. Flip that switch and use that power to go after that which you spoke!
Speaking the right things gives assignments to the Angels on your behalf. Speaking the wrong things can alert the enemy and cause him to come after your plans. Speaking the right thing should trigger positive thoughts, and encourage you to go on. Speaking the wrong things make you feel depressed, upset and bothered by what’s going on or not going on in your life. Speaking the right stuff causes you to hear yourself exercising faith therefore strengthening it, while speaking the wrong things can kill the very faith that you once had.
Exercising your faith by speaking the right stuff makes God happy. It IS impossible to please him without faith as Hebrews 11:6 says. Therefore being lazy and not going after your goals and dreams or adding work to your faith as James 2: 17 says you should, then also does not please God.
Don’t just talk about it, be about it! Don’t just speak to those mountains, figure out a way to work your way around and/or through them! Don’t just speak that new job, go after it! Don’t just speak a new house, work on that down payment! Don’t just speak a marriage for you by 2012 (amen God bless you!), get ready for him/her!
You’ve got to learn how to see what you believe instead of always believing what you see! What do I mean by that? You can’t judge a book by its cover. Just because you’re in the middle of a bad situation doesn’t mean you should look at it and see bad. You should look at your situation and see the things that you speak.
If you’re broke, instead of seeing and therefore speaking that you’re poor; you should see God bringing you out of poverty and into prosperity! You should speak it and begin to work towards it! See your lack of funds as God teaching you to trust him!
If you’re in a dead end job, don’t see the lack of growth opportunity. See the preparation time God is giving you to get ready for the next position……and it could be CEO!
Bottom line; stop putting God in your little box. He’s bigger than you, your thoughts, your ways—and because of that, even when you can’t see it, he’s working on your behalf behind the scenes.
So I just challenged you. I double-dog dared you to believe, speak, plan and go after that which you want in life. Not just materialistically but mentally, spiritually and financially too! Yea, I challenged you; now, what you gotta say?
