4 Again He said to me, “Prophesy over these bones and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord .’5 “Thus says the Lord God to these bones, ‘Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life.
Ezekiel spoke a prophetic word into the dead, dry bones-and gave them life! Your prophetic word gives life where there is none! Where there is no hope, You bring hope through Your Word! Your Word builds and encourages-even when bringing correction!
As a watchman, I have the responsibility to warn people of attacks, but also to speak life into them! Being able to speak prophetic word-Your word-is a way to do both...warn and encourage! Lord, You have trusted me with the honor of being Your disciple, and You continue to speak life into me daily...that's exactly what You want me to do for those who I meet daily!
Heavenly Father, thank You for trusting me the way You do! Lord, I know that You will equip me for the task at hand, so to be ready in season and out of season-I pray that You will write Your promises in my heart! So, when the time is right, Your promises can be spoken to give life...to build up and encourage to all that I get to encounter! And You will get the Glory, and You'll be able to draw others closer to You! I love You, Lord! You are amazing! Amen!
