Father,
Please forgive me for thinking that we are supposed to be here on earth playing and enjoying this world always in comfort and enjoying all life all of the time: a great, big playground.
You have called us to suffer at times and to trust you with it all. While it is still hard to really get that You can see the pain coming and because Your plan is bigger, You know the good it will produce in me, so You choose to put it in Your plan-- I want to say, "thankYou, and please help me put the pain and frustrating times on my list of 'things for which to thank You.' Help me to walk it through in Jesus' Name."
