I am an internal consultant for a major utility corporation and a big part of my job is about changing the culture or the way our employees think about maintenance and reliability. Changing the ingrained culture is a huge undertaking because it’s different and it probably requires getting out of our comfort zone. One of the things we have found in changing this is to get management and supervisor bye in. If it’s important ....................
