Divorce

These verses have long been used to express God's hatred of divorce, and many divorcees have ended up feeling rejected by God. But these verses are more a cry against adultery by the man, who, selfishly seeking to satisfy his own desires, ends up divorcing his wife. God will judge that man. We should more carefully examine scripture to understand what it's really talking about.
