The commandments are God's guidelines for living a holy and better life. Life is hard enough. When we follow His commandments, life isn't quite so hard. However, once we are aware of the commandments and break them, we sin - thus the necessity of Jesus' death and resurrection. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are covered by His blood and sin has no power. Yes, we will still sin, but let it go! There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus! Keep pressing on toward obedience! Or as Jesus told the adultress woman, "Go and sin no more."
