Dream Mapping
Acts 16:10 The dream gave Paul his map. We went to work at once getting things ready to cross over to Macedonia. All the pieces had come together. We knew now for sure that God had called us to preach the good news to the Europeans.
Eight years ago a small dream was planted in my mind and heart. I walked out of a intermediate school in a city I had never been to and thought "You could start a church here". It was a passing thought and I went back to living for God, but he kept directing me to the dream that became a map.
It started with a dream and then Luke writes that they went to work on crossing over to Macedonia. A map is only a piece of paper unless it is used to direct you to your goal location. I think we tend to get the dream and don't work on following the map. It is so hard sometime to look down on a piece of paper and then look up and go in the direction you think is correct. Thats when we need to be ready for pieces of the dream to come together. God moments that inspire you to follow the dream map even more.
Thank you Lord for the dream in my heart to plant a church. I now know that this was not my end goal, at the same time thank you for letting me see a dream come true in my lifetime! I pray for Sarah today as she is preparing to speak this weekend. God give her a map of what she needs to say! Bless my kids today. Keep the sun shining and let me dream your dreams for this life I get to live. I love you.
