ABSTRACT:

I used to have a boss that once told me, “If I hear others complaining about how much of a pain you are, I know you are doing your job. It’s when I don’t hear anything that I wonder if you are truly pushing the envelope and pressing hard enough.” If people are uncomfortable with what the Good News is saying, than you know you are speaking to someone who needs to hear it.
