Dancing FOR the King
Remember the movie "Footloose"? -if not, it was about a pastor who was really down on dancing.
Here, we have David chastising his wife Michal after she gives some negative feedback about his dancing (stripped down) before the Ark as it enters his City. Of course we know that Michal was just jealous that her husband was exposing himself to the likes of slave girls. She didn't get that David didn't care about their affectionate (or even lustful) looks. He was jubilant and "in the spirit" worshiping God! Have YOU ever danced in worship? (clothing optional) in worship? I know I have!
