3 Steps To Becoming A Great Leader

1. Focus
-Without focus how do we know where we are headed?
-When we don't know where we are headed then how do we know what is infront of us or how do we see the obstacles that hinder us?
-We gotta focus on God, keep our eyes fixed on Him. Focus on the prize, eternal salvation.

Sometimes focusing is hard and we get a distracted. So in order for us not to get distracted God sets authirty figures infront of us that disciplines us. The discipline to help us see what we are doing wrong and what we need to change. God doesn't discipline out of hate or spite but out of love. The leaders He sets before us discipline to make disciples, through our disciple we become the best

2. Discipline
-Without disciple we're ignorant to the will of God and what true righteousness is.
-Without disciple that's just like God sayin "Hey man you don't have do what I say. Just live your life the way you want to live it. I mean my Son dying on the cross obviously means nothing."
-If we're never disciplined then how do we know right from wrong.
-Our parents discipline us and we just see it as for our own good, but when God does it we get all offensive and we're like what right do you have telling us how to live our life?
-He's only the creator of everything and gave you life, eyes to see, nose to smell, mouth to eat, and ears to hear. It's not like He's done anything for you.
-Stop fronting and let that wall down you have infront of your heart and let God do a work and heal all those wounds you have.

3. Righteousness
-Without righteousness we'll never see the heavenly kingdom.
-Being righteous doesn't mean that we have to live without sin, but it means that even though we mess up and we fall down we get back up again and again. we don't let the enemy hold us dwon.
-We can't let the enemy hold us down and keep us from recieving what God has promised us.
-God's promises are real but we gotta hold up our end of the bargin, if not we'll never recieve the promises of God.
-Righteousness is a choice we make everyday.
