"The Revelation of Jesus Christ"
Jesus reveals Himself. He does not keep his distance from us. He comes near to us. This is the great message of the Book of Revelation. Jesus is "God with us" (Matthew 1:23). In Revelation, we read about the fulfilment of God's saving purpose. Jesus will come for us. He will come to take us to be with Him. This is not a passing sense of the presence of the Lord. This is eternal life - being with Jesus in a life that will never come to an end. The great conflict, described in the Book of Revelation will be over.The devil's "short" time (Revelation 12:12) will have come to an end. We will have entered into the completeness of God's salvation(Revelation 21:3).
