Hannah's nursing the boy until he was weened and then turning him over to Eli & the priesthood reminds me of Moses and his mother. And like Moses' mother, Hannah was able to instill godly principles in Samuel at an early age that then distinguished him from Eli's wicked's sons. Don't underestimate the importance of parenting in the early years!
