divine interruptions
Is there any of us that would not be willing to do the same if the circumstances were right? If our agenda were clear, if we were well rested..... but that is never the case. Life always has a mind of it's own and the glory in this story for me is the Samaritans openess to be detoured from his agenda. The priest and the Levites had "godlier" things to do. Teachings to prepare, spread sheets to reconcile, lunch appointments to keep and this sad circumstance would be another's opportunity. Father my desire is to never pass You or Your will for my life by. Help me to keep a loose handle on my agenda and a ever present awareness of Yours. I want this to be my end. That consistently You had a willing and able vessel in me to carry forth Your agenda on earth. Oh God sear the reality of this upon my heart!
