We are to respect all of our leaders, even the ungodly ones. God appoints each one over us. They are to give an account before God for their stewardship. Paul knew that and preached about it. He was struck for his language in front of a high priest when he was arrested and apologized when he realized what he had done. David knew that and did not kill Saul on 2 occasions although Saul was trying to kill him.
You may have a conflict at work or in a ministry with a supervisor. We are to submit to our leaders and pray for them. Seek the Lord on whether you should stay or go. Sometimes we are to stay in order to build our character (humbleness & patience) or to plant His banner in the situation, which may result in change.
