give it all to God
All too often we think we can handle stuff. we all have problems. we all have issues. personally i suffer from depression brought on by my past. all too often when i look in a mirror i see someone who shouldnt be a part of society because all i do is cause problems. nobody is afraid to ask "why god" but how often do we ask "help me god". as this verse says, give all of your anxieties to God because he cares about you. by giving up your anxieties- that is, your troubles- you are humbling yourself before God and only then can He lift you up. so humble yourself. dont just ask why but ask for help. ask God to come into your life and take away your pain and suffering. and then step back and let Him work. let Him humble you so He can lift you up closer to Him.
