What are you offering to God?

Giving God something that didn't cost you anything is not consider a sacrifice. Unless we can offer God our best its a slap in the face to Him. What do I mean giving God our best......
time, YES. We are so busy that sometimes we can not take time to pray.
Money, YES.....we don't even want to pay our tithes and offerings because we believe or assume we are giving to the Pastor instead of the church. (Let's be honest!) :-)
Self.....YES. We don't really want to give up everything about us. We want God to use us when its convenient but to give yourself to Him 100% is something most people struggle with.
So.....time, money and self....ummm..... I can give God my best in all three categories. Once I release it to Him the return mailing will be more than I can handle. So why not give up my best to get the best? It's is surely worth the sacrifice.
Father, I pray you use us during this 21 day fast. I pray that you order our steps and ordain your sevants as faithful and obeidiant worshipers. We love you for what you are to us and what you are going to do during and after this fast. We can't praise your Holy name enough for the many blessings you have bestowed upon us and for that we honor you! Father I offer up to you my children for we know that they were given to us on loan. We pray that you will keep them in your care and nurture them in ways we as parents couldn't. Heavenly Father we trust you with our children because you have all power to change the atmosphere and all power to change them. We declare that all three of our kids will serve you. They will know you. They will love you as we do and more. We recognize your power and creation and we bind up anything that is not of you. Father thank you for calling us to your Kingdom. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!
I pray as you read this you find comfort in our walk with Christ. Its a constant fight to stay in touch with God. I pray that your walk with Him will be a victorious one! God Bless!
