Who are you mentoring?
Numbers 27:15-17 prove that Moses was truly concerned about the well-being of Israel and wanted to make sure that God would choose a successor. God's part was choosing Joshua, but before that happened Moses had already prepared him for leadership by being his mentor.
Many times leaders in churches are not preparing the next generation of leaders. The result is that a church becomes "like sheep without a shepherd."
Who are you mentoring to take over your role when you're no longer around or when God calls you to do something else? If you're truly concerned about God's work, that is how you can show it!
