Alien: Someone who is from another land or culture and does not belong

Citizen: Someone who legally resides in a certain society and having a place in the community

So - if you are a believer, you are:

...have a place in heaven
...enjoys the company of other saints
...is a part of the church and has a sense of belonging
...feels a close-knit bond between their God and their fellow believer.
