God's undeserved love

What amazes me about this verse is that it talks about the nature and beginning of our relationship with God. HE was the one who reached out to us. Not because we deserved his grace, but because he wanted to save us.

It is when we see this truth of our unworthiness and his amazing love that we come to appreciate Christ's sacrifice in our favor.
