Rejoice
It sounds like Jesus trumps the results of power that the disciples were celebrating. "So you saw demons flee, but I saw Satan fall, great, even still there is something more important."
Even today people are more fascinated with signs of power than they are the power of the cross that has allowed us to be saved and be secure in Christ for eternity. I am grateful for the authority Jesus has given us over the enemy, but I am more thankful for the ultimate victory he has given us over sin and death.
