Sin
If you abide in him you won't sin. This is a profound statement. Here lies the answer why we sin , we don't abide in Him. How about another word remain. Its not that we don't know God or fellowship with Him. Its that we don't remain in Him, because of that we sin. Today we divide our lives into holy and non-holy activity or christian and secular work, we got saved God saved us totally we were saved lock stock and barrel. He got us all. We can't separate our lives. We belong to God every minute of every day for the rest of our lives. When we do our own thing thats an opportunity to sin. If we abide in Him, do His will all the time we will be fine.
