    The people of Israel were back to their old tricks. Complaining about not having anything to drink, blaming God and Moses for bringing them out into the desert to die. Even after they had experienced manna from heaven and the parting of the Red Sea they still didn't trust God.     As the Israelites stepped out being led by Moses the situation did not look good.... they were being chased by an army behind and had a blockage in front of them. They couldn't go back and they couldn't go forward. They must have thought, "Great, God has brought us this far and we are all going to die or be overcome by our circumstance!"
