abyers added a text contribution You must know God for God to know you.This verse tells me that it doesn't matter to God that you pray a little prayer to be saved and expect to really be saved. You must know Him by the fruits that you bare or by your deeds in His name. His glory must shine through and through in your actions and that comes with really knowing and having a relationship with the Lord God. I can't believe how easy it is for some people to lose sight of God or to never know God and live with a spirit of evil and do horrible things in this world. Read more »

abyers added a text contribution To Be Like GodWe were made in God's image yet we can only use 10% of our brain. What if we were really meant to use 100% of our brain but we are not ready? Maybe we are under a great test and until humanity grow tremendously spiritually and live in peace with one another, we are not allowed to tap into that other 90% of the brain as a whole. abyers added a text contribution So hard to grasp.The earth was formless and empty, darknedd was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. What could that have been like? God's Spirit hovering quietly in complete darkness and silence. That's beautiful. How long did His Spirit hover over the waters to just ponder on what needed to be done next with this Earth? How far did His Spirit travel? This passage reminds me of meditation; how you must silence your mind and tune out everything around you so… Read more »
