    Like many Christians, I often feel a pressure to perform, to be a "good" Christian, to somehow live up to God's expectations (or are they my own?). What a liberating thought, that we can delight in our own weaknesses instead of feeling defeated because of them! And know that God's power is made perfect in them!     How incredible that even Jesus, God in the flesh, had to learn obedience through what he suffered. I don't know about anyone else, but I often respond with anger or fear or resentment when I am suffering. I like to assign blame. But look what Jesus did. Jesus, the King of all kings! He submitted.
