    I love this passage. I was reminded this weekend in an amazing talk given by Frank Peretti, how much we seek to shortcut the process of gaining wisdom in our lives. We want truth, wisdom, knowledge, but don't want to spend the time we need in order to gain it. We somehow expect God to sprinkle us with fairy dust and magically fill us with all the truth, knowledge, and wisdom we will ever need.     This passage reminds me how often I lose my temper, and sometimes lose control, over circumstances that could be spiritually caused. How many times do we fail to see things from a spiritual perspective. We are in a spiritual battle; while this passage shows us that sometimes the road blocks that can anger us so much can be God directing our path, other times (as Ephesians shows) the attack is of the enemy.
