Earned a Badge — Created First [Public] Note 2012-02-04 Love overcomes our fears. We so often worry what others will think of us. Thinking "I don't want to make a fool of myself", but Love is taking that risk. The risk of love being returned. This is what I believe the woman with the alabaster box was feeling, she was taking a risk. She cared not about what the disciples thought of her when she began to pour the oil onto the feet of Christ. She did it out of love. Its good to know that with Jesus he not only accepts us, but he love us wholeheartedly. There are no tricks, no gimmicks, no falling out of love if you do me wrong or because of who you have become. His Love is real, it is pure. We should all open our hearts to Jesus's Love. He risk his life and love by giving us a chance when he died on the cross. Be like that woman and stop worrying what others think. Allow God to Live and Love through us. The Woman and the alabaster.
