    Psalm 32 is very clear about how we should confess our sin. If we don't, our body is wasted away through groaning, all day long. Confessing sin can be humbling and humiliating, but that doesn't make us exempt from confessing. The enemy is great at creating reasons to not tell brothers or sisters our area of sin.
