    This is why I have trouble with praying in restaurants before a meal. It's not that I am ungrateful, it's just that I feel like I am praying so that others can see me do it. It seems fake. I'm sure that for some it is an honest and moving time to thanks God for the blessing of food. But for me it seems ritualistic and forced.     In our personal lives, what are we doing to give to others? In our churches, are we doing church just for ourselves or are we searching for ways to help the community? Then again in vs. 42 (http://www.youversion.com/msg/Matt.5.42) & vs 48 (http://www.youversion.com/msg/Matt.5.48), Jesus continues to tell how we MUST live generous lives; no matter the cost.
